Founder & Owner
Lisa began her journey in coffee over two decades ago with Full City Coffee Roasters, mastering every aspect of the craft—from roasting and wholesale to sourcing beans at origin. In 2020, she took a leap, rebranding the long-standing Eugene institution into what is now Palace Coffee Roasters. Her vision blends tradition with a fresh perspective, ensuring that Palace remains a cornerstone of the community.
